Questions and answers
How tall is it?
Each rod section adds about 19 cm (7.5 in). One section suits a table edge; three put the arms up at eye level.
What is the difference between the two bases?
With the rod socket bin, the rod plugs into an open bin you can fill. With the lid base, a 190 mm bin has a lid that holds the rod, so stock stays inside.
Can I buy the 3D files?
No. We print and sell the finished display only. The design files are licensed to us for printing and are never sold or shared.
How do I get a price?
Send your design from this page. A person checks it and replies, usually within one business day, with the price and a payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve.
Will it hold up in the sun or a hot car?
Standard PLA can soften or warp in hot sun or a hot car. For outdoor booths, sunny windows and anything that rides in a vehicle, choose ASA, our outdoor material, for about 35% more. ABS is also available on any build.
Can I pick it up in El Paso, or do you ship?
Both. Pick it up free at our shop at 9109 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79924, or we ship anywhere in the United States ($7.50 flat, free on orders of $75 or more).
